Flight of the Fish Eagle is double-distilled in handmade copper pot stills and then aged for three years in air-dried oak barrels imported from France. No additives and no preservatives are allowed to contaminate this completely natural production method; ensuring the brandy taste is perfectly refined. It's this rigorous and disciplined routine, touched by the hand of time and kissed by the mystery of the oak barrels which allows us to capture the authentic spirit of nature in a distinctive square bottle.

Filled with nature's most appealing aromas; honey, hay and grass with subtle hints of almonds, apples and spices. This premium brandy is matured in air-dried oak barrels and it's the hand of time and the mystery of these barrels which complete the quest for excellence.

  • Made from Chenin Blanc and Colombar grapes and twice distilled in handmade copper pot stills to give an unspoilt and untampered taste.
  • This pot still brandy is 38% alcohol, pale gold in colour and has a smooth, vibrant and full of life taste with a lingering fruity finish.
